Vintage Art Pottery Bowl Italy “Qui Entreic...”

Featured for your enjoyment is wonderful old bowl, child’s bowl I think. There is a saying in Italian inside. I have been unable to translate it. It reads; “qui entreici comme ami vient trop tard, sort trop tot.” Please let me know what this says if you know! It has been driving me nuts here! Anyway, the bowl is simply marked Italy 130. It is in excellent condition which is unusual for Italian pottery of the pre or post war era. It stands 1 7/8” tall to the top of the ruffles on the rim, by 6” wide. Hand painted with yellow background and little flowers inside.
