Blue Art Deco Covered Dish

Featured for your enjoyment is a little covered dish in a very art deco shape. Done in a blue. Not quite sure what it’s intended use was but will work great for butter or even for sour cream. It has a tiny flake on one side. Appears to be a 40’s era dish. Stands 3 1/8” tall with lid by 6 1/4” long and 3 1/4” wide. If you have an idea what it is for, let me know.
