Vintage Pottery Reamer for Cup or Mug Top

Featured for your enjoyment is an old pottery reamer top that should be either on a cup or mug. It is in good condition. Does have a shallow chip and 2 tight hairlines. Has a hollow bowed base. Stands 23 1/4” tall by 4 1/4” across. Will sit an opening of 3 5/8”.
