Unique Black Amethyst Glass Covered Casserole

Featured for your enjoyment is another wonderful item from Minnesota’s Attic. This wonderful old covered casserole is made of amethyst glass. Lovely deep purple color when held to light. It has a floral silver overlay pattern on the front. The unusual handle and lid make it quite unique to me. It is in wonderful condition. Minor roughness inside the rim from the lid and a tiny nick on the knob just below the handle. Stands 6 1/4” tall by 8” across the tiny side handles.
