Funky Retro Elephant Piggy Bank Marked FF

Now this little guy is so funky! I think he is made of a paper mache but not totally certain. Anyway he is bright yellow with gold highlights. His eyes are flowers, He has the original rubber plug in his belly. Marked FF on one foot. He is in excellent condition. Stands 5 1/2” tall by 7 1/2” long.
