Wonderful Etched Bowl Swallow

Wonderful heavy bowl with a WOM like pattern accented with etched flowers and a swallow carrying a single blade of glass. Does have 2 small chips on the rim and a few flea bites. unknown maker or pattern. Stands 3 7/8” tall by 8” across.
