This is a set of four 1963 issues of "Sunny Side of the Street." This publication was most likely sent to the customers of Binyon-O’Keefe Storage Company of Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas. Allied Van Lines is also listed on the front of each cover. O. D. Shackelford was president of the company at that time.

Each issue of the publication is very light and humorous reading. Many of the articles came for Sunshine Magazine...

This vintage postcard shows Borden Milk’s famous mascot, Elsie The Cow and her Brand New Twins. Elsie was actually taken on tour as a representative of Borden’s Fine Foods.

The back side of the postcard shows it is from 1957. The information on the back gives more details about Elsie. You will learn that one of Elsie’s favorite albums is "Moo-in Over Miami" and other details.

The postcard is in good condition with some wear to the corners and edges...

This is an advertisement from August, 1944, for Coca-Cola Company. "Have a Coke = How are things goin’? . . . or being friendly in Newfoundland." This is a nice war-time advertisement.

The reverse side features advertising for Union Carbide and Carbon Corporation. The ad shows a bridge being prepared for painting by scrubbing the steel with a brush of flames. The process made the paint go farther and last longer.

The page measures 6 7/8" x 10"...

This is a nice vintage advertisement dated May, 1929, for the Whippet Automobile. "Phenomenal Success – Record Sales!" Hard to imagine buying a full-sized car for $550 to $695. Not the "Finger-Tip Control." The Ad says, "One button, in center of steering wheel, controls starter, lights, and horn." Sounds a little scary to me!

The reverse side features advertising for a travel guide to Minnesota and Railways of France.

The page measures 6 7/8" x 10"...

This item is a 1982 Bell Helicopter Calendar. Bell Helicopter is a Division of Textron, Inc. The calendar includes some impressive pictures of helicopters including the Model 406 AHIP, Model XV-15, Model AH-1S and others. All pictures are on location with some beautiful scenery.

The calendar is in excellent condition with some very minor wear to the edges of the cover...

This is a very nice 1955 full page advertisement for the movie "The Benny Goodman Story" The movie was a Universal International Picture starring Steve Allen & Donna Reed.

The movie included all the great Goodman Hits including Sing, Sing, Sing; Stompin' At The Savoy; Bugle Call Rag; One O'Clock Jump; Let's Dance; & Avalon.

This advertisement would look great matted and framed!

This is a nice vintage advertisement from May, 1929, for the Studebaker Commander Victoria for four. You could buy the six-cylinder motor for $1,375 or get the straight-eight motor for $1,525. Bumpers and spare tire are extra, of course!

The reverse side features advertising for the Graham-Paige Automobile – The New Thrill In Motoring! "Prices ranging from $885 to $2,495." The car illustrated is Model 621, six cylinder, four passenger Coupe for $1,595. Special equipment is extra!

This is a nice vintage advertisement dated April, 1945, Magnavox Radio Phonograph – The choice of great artists. The illustration shows Stephen Foster on the Cincinnati waterfront. The ad states, "Stephen Foster making his first contact with the melodies that would lead him to write America’s best-loved songs."

The picture is one of a series of incidents in the lives of immortal composers, painted for the Magnavox collection by Walter Richards.
