This ad was promoting the Brussels World’s Fair that was held between April 17 and October 19, 1958. The picture shows a couple in front of the Coca-Cola Pavilion asking for directions. This is an advertisement from August, 1944, for Coca-Cola Company. "Have a Coke = How are things goin’? . . . or being friendly in Newfoundland." This is a nice war-time advertisement.
The reverse side features advertising for Union Carbide and Carbon Corporation. The ad shows a bridge being prepared for painting by scrubbing the steel with a brush of flames. The process made the paint go farther and last longer.
