This is such a pretty book full of nice sayings and quotes about the meaning of friendship. The book has a 1971 copyright and was published by Hallmark Cards, Inc. I especially loved the beautiful color graphics throughout the book that reflect the 1970"s in the colors and themes!

You will find words on friendship by Emily Dickinson, Ben Johnson, Mark Twain, Abel Bonnard and others.

This booklet titled Alphabets, Etc., has some very unique and fancy alphabet patterns for the cross stitch lover.

Included are patterns for a Jungle Animal Birth Announcement and a Jack In The Box Birth Announcement. Both are darling!

I especially liked the country alphabet which would be lovely on a variety of cross stitch projects!

The book is in very good condition – inside and out. There is some minor wear to the cover surface, edges, and corners. The lower right corner has a small bend that is present on all inside pages, as well. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears.
