This is an unusual little booklet I obtained at an Estate Sale. The whole title is "That Wonderful Year Of Your Birth! Highlights of the Stirring Years from 1866 to 1885 by Leonard Painter.

This is a November 1971 issue of Woman's Homelife Magazine. It is full of patterns, recipes, and other information for women.

In the article "Barbara Walters" Merry-Go-Round World," you'll see a picture of a very young Barbara Walters with her daughter Jacqueline. At the time this article was written, Ms. Walters was co-host of the Today Show.

This is a very nice issue of Woman's Day Magazine celebrating its 25th Anniversary. The issue features a special 16 page Anniversary Cookbook, a Gallery of Flower Prints, Danish Embroidery and an interesting article, "What Makes A Woman Unforgettable?"

The cookbook section has been perforated near the binding edge for easy removal, however, that section is still intact...

This is a very lovely little book titled "With Love to Mother" with a copyright of 1964. Donald T. Kauffman edited the book. Flemin H. Revell Company of Westwood, New Jersey published the book.

This is a wonderful little book that would be perfect for any flower lover.

It was published by Witman Publishing Company in Racine, Wisconsin in 1932. The illustrations are by Irving Lawson which are all nice color drawings. (See extra photos)

The book has 96 pages including the index at the back of the book. It measures 5 3/8" wide and 3 1/2" in height.

The cover has a leather look grain to it with gold lettering...

This 1975 soft cover book is from the American Lung Association in Dallas, Texas. The book is very informative with helpful hints and exercises to improve your breathing.

The book is in very good condition - inside and out. The interior pages are very clean - no writing or dog-ears.

Ahh 1968! Seems like only yesterday, but oh, so long ago!

It's great to look at the advertisements in these old magazines! Being an ex-telephone company employee, I especially enjoyed the full page color advertisement for Bell Telephone Systems showing three of the latest telephones of the day - all dial phones, of course. My favorite - the Princess phone!

Another real nostalgia jolt is the advertisement for RCA Victor for a color TV...
