This is a nice vintage postcard from 1939. The card shows a young child (the boss) crying at the mention of the trip ending and going home. The artwork is by D. Tempest.

The back side of the card is addressed to Lura Bess of Fort Worth, Texas, from Bob. The card is postmarked from Galveston, Texas, with a date of June 24, 1939. The is a nice canceled one cent stamp still attached to the postcard.

The postcard is in fair condition. There is wear to the corners and edges...

This is a humorous postcard from the state of Arizona. A parched donkey walks across the desert in the blistering sun. A buzzard sits atop a sign showing the donkey that he is 50 miles from town; 30 miles from water; and 2 feet from hell! The bottom of the post card says, "Howdy From The Middle Of Nowhere!"

The artist for the postcard is Bob Pettey.

This is a humor postcard. The card shows a luxury yacht passing two shipwrecked men on a raft. To the amazement of the second man, the first says, "They want to know if we have any Grey Poupon." The lower left corner says, "Keep The Faith!"

This vintage postcard shows a view of Medical Center Hospital located in Odessa, Texas. The photograph is by Gene Aiken. Walcott’s Products Company of San Angelo, Texas, published the postcard.

This is nice post card featuring Missouri State Fair Grounds, Sedalia Missouri.

Lula of Fort Worth, Texas, was the recipient of this postcard. The unknown sender tells Lula that he wishes she could have had as cool a summer as he had. A nice wish!

The postcard is in good condition with some minor wear to the corners. The back of the card is used as mentioned above with a Sedalia, Missouri, postmark dated August 8, 1949...
