These are two nice old Motel Postcards - the kind you could pick up free and mail to family & friends. Both are unused. No date on the cards, but I'm guessing 1950's or 60's.

Both cards are in very good condition - no tears or dog-ears. The Aneth card has the slightest tiny bend on the upper left corner.

These two postcards are from Ghost Town, Knott's Berry Place, Buena Park, California. One shows a gravesite on Main Street - the other is titled "The Gamblers."

Both cards have a 1946 copyright by Paul V. Klieben.

"The Gamblers" is one of the attractions at Ghost Town. It is a wood carving by the famous Andy Anderson. Take a minute to read the tombstone of Deadwood Dick (see photo) for a chuckle.

"The Gamblers" card has "Julian" written in the lower right corner...

Two Unused United States Post Cards

The 1st is a United States 2 Cents Franklin Postal Card.

The 2nd is a United States 1 Cent Jefferson Postal Card.

Both cards are in very good condition. I am not sure of the dates of these cards. There are no marks or writing on the backs of either card. Both have darkened with age, but look better than the photo shows them to be - not as dark. The one cent card is darker than the two cent card, however.

This listing is for three vintage New York postcards.

The first card has a banner that says "Greetings from New York City." On one side of the card is the Empire State Building - the other has the Statue of Liberty.

The second card has a very nice view at dusk of the Empire State Building and the surrounding city.

The third card is a night-time view from Brooklyn showing the famous towers of Wall Street.

All three cards were made by Dexter Press, Inc., West Nyack, New York...

This is a nice postcard showcasing the royal residences of England. The pictures include Balmoral Castle, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace & The Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The back side shows a very nice stamp with the Queen pictured. The postcard is in good condition on both sides, but does have some very minor wear to the edges. Two of the corners have tiny bends from wear.

This would make a nice addition to a postcard or stamp collection.

This is a nice postcard set from Waco, Texas, just South of where I live. It is from 1960 and includes 14 views of the sites in Waco.

Some of the sites and landmarks include Tidwell Bible Building at Baylor University, Cameron Park, Potts Highway Interchange and more.

Overall, the set is in good condition. The colors are still bright...

This is a nice vintage postcard to Elizabeth from her Sunday School Class telling her she was missed. The card has a very nice color graphic of young people walking up a stairway into the church.

The postmark is from Paducah, Kentucky, and has a date of October 25, 1939. The one cent stamp used for postage is in very good condition.

The postcard is in very good condition with very light wear to the corners. The colors on the graphic is still bright and colorful...

This is a very nice postcard from someone"s 1971 travels. the Eiffel Tower takes center stage - surrounded by Notre Dame, L'Arch de Triomphe, Le Sacre-Coeur & La Madeleine. There is a nice embossed imprint of the Eiffel Tower on the front right corner that can not be seen in the photo.

The postcard is in good condition with some wear to the edges. The upper right corner has a fracture but has not been bent all the way down...

This is a great postcard book of Black Hills, South Dakota - The Mountain Vacation Land. The lower right hand corner has "Mount Rushmore Memorial". The front also says "Chamber of Commerce, Rapid City, S.D." so maybe this was a tourist handout at the time.

Hard to believe the postage was only 1 1/2? to send a group of postcards. Note the very elegant handwriting on the address...
