The card is from Mary telling the Gibsons in Fort Worth, Texas, they will visit Lover’s Leap when they visit next year.

The postcard is postmarked in Coeburn, Virginia, with a date of October 21, 1955. There is a nice 2¢ stamp still attached to the postcard.

The postcard is to Mary in Fort Worth, Texas, from Melba. Melba is recounting all the places she has been and is yet to be. I got a chuckle when she tells how there was competition for their supper with a bear in Yellowstone Park – so they left!
