This vintage postcard shows a view of the Hudson River with the World Trade Center Twin Towers in the background. The photo is by Jim McWilliams. Scenic Designs, Inc. of Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, published the postcard. There is no copyright date, but I am guess that it is from the 1980’s.

These two postcards are from Ghost Town, Knott's Berry Place, Buena Park, California. One shows a gravesite on Main Street - the other is titled "The Gamblers."

Both cards have a 1946 copyright by Paul V. Klieben.

"The Gamblers" is one of the attractions at Ghost Town. It is a wood carving by the famous Andy Anderson. Take a minute to read the tombstone of Deadwood Dick (see photo) for a chuckle.

This is a nice set of postcards titled "Notre-Dame de Paris." There are ten beautiful, full color postcards. The pictures include some of the buildings, art, stained glass windows, and other points of interest.

Sorry, I cannot provide more details. The information on the back of the postcards is in French. I tried using a translation tool – but the results were less than favorable!

This is a fan photo of Alberto Madril – Worlds Jr. Heavyweight Champion. Madril was born in Los Angeles, California. His career debut was in 1970 and he had a nickname of "Latin Lover."

During his career, Alberto Madril was tag team partners with Jose Gonzales and Ricky Santana.

This vintage postcard shows a view of Sleeping Beauty’s Enchanted Castle in the Magic Kingdom of Disneyland. The lucky sender of this card was visiting Disneyland just six short years after it opened in 1955.

The postcard is postmarked from Anaheim, California, on June 27, 1961. It was mailed to Shelbyville, Tennessee.

This postcard shows the Coliseum at the Chicago World’s Fair in 1933. At one time, the Old Libby Prison that was moved to Chicago from Richmond occupied the same space.

The postcard is in good condition considering its age. The front side has some minor wear on the edges and small bents and dings to the corners. The postcard apparently had been mounted in a scrapbook at one time...

This is a nice advertisement from April, 1958, for Coca-Cola – Sign of Good Taste . . . Everywhere. This ad was promoting the Brussels World’s Fair that was held between April 17 and October 19, 1958. The picture shows a couple in front of the Coca-Cola Pavilion asking for directions. This advertisement was the back cover of the magazine.

his vintage postcard shows a view a Tobacco Plantation in Havana, Cuba.

The back side of the card says, "Republica de Cuba." The postcard is postmarked in Havana, Cuba, with a date of July 11, 1947. There is a nice canceled Cuban stamp still attached to the postcard.

The card is to Florence in Fort Worth, Texas, from Marjorie telling of their good time in Havana – hard on ole folks!

The back of the card is postmarked Whitesboro, Texas. The Rotograph Company of New York City published the postcard that was printed in Germany.
