This book is a very unusual find. It is an auction catalog of items belonging to Karl Freund Arts, Inc. and other owners that were to be auctioned on February 19, 1938. The title of the auction book is "Art For The Garden." American Art Association – Anderson Galleries, Inc. of New York published the book and I am guessing were also handling the auction of these items.

George Leusch of Michigan City, Indiana, published the postcard. There is no date on the card, however, from some of the hats worn by the people on the card, it appears to be very old.

This vintage postcard shows a view of Junipero Serra in Presidio Park in the city of San Diego, California. The beautiful building and the Presidio Park were a gift to San Diego from Mr. George Marston, a leading citizen and pioneer merchant.

This vintage military postcard shows a gunner in a U. S. Navy Fast Fighter. The caption reads: Bird’s-Eye-View of the "Man With the Gun." This is a wartime postcard sent from a soldier while on watch to his mother in Moody, Texas. The postmark is from Athens, Georgia, and is dated February 7 (I believe), 1944. The postage area has been postmarked and the word "Free" is written where the stamp should go.
