The card is in good condition with some minor wear to the edges and corners. There are also smudges from other printed matter probably stored with the postcard over the years. The bottom edge of the postcard has a small tear – a hole that looks like a thumbtack was once used.

This item is a vintage postcard with the artwork done by Fred L. Cavally (1878-1962). According to a note included with the card, Mr. Cavally worked for Thayer Company. The artwork shows Mr. Cavally’s trademark initials (F.L.C.) in the lower left corner.

This is a 1951 One Cent Postcard to a Mr. John L. Welker in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The postcard is a reminder to attend a Monday rehearsal for a summer concert. The group was to appear at Gideons Convention.

Of interest to the group, I'm sure, expense checks for an upcoming Bartlesville trip would also be distributed.

This is a wonderful little book that would be perfect for any flower lover.

It was published by Witman Publishing Company in Racine, Wisconsin in 1932. The illustrations are by Irving Lawson which are all nice color drawings. (See extra photos)

The book has 96 pages including the index at the back of the book. It measures 5 3/8" wide and 3 1/2" in height.

The cover has a leather look grain to it with gold lettering. There is some slight wear to corners and both the front and back cover...

This advertising duo comes from a January 1958 National Geographic Magazine.

The first side is an advertisement for the Vista-Dome California Zephyr. The photo shows a view of the Colorado Rockies. What a way to travel!

The reverse side is a grouping of ads for Italy Tours, Colorfax Laboratories, Your Geographics Books by The Albrecht Company, and Bauer Electro-Master 8mm movie camera.

The page measures 6 7/8" x 10" and is from a National Geographic. It is in good condition and ready...

The package contains six thank you cards still packaged in the original cellophane wrapper. The front of the cards have blue/orchid border around a bouquet of beautiful flowers with "Thank You" in the upper right corner.

This is a very cute advertisement for Smith-Corona Typewriters - "The world's finest and fastest portable."

The ad features a Santa jack-in-the-box holding a nice manual Smith-Corona Typewriter. There were five models available and could be purchased for as little as $1.25 a week.

Smith-Corona was located in Syracuse, New York, with factories also located in Toronto, Brussels and Johannesburg.

This is a great postcard and believe I have the postmark correct. It is difficult to read, however, the card was in a group of cards all postmarked 1947 and 1948.

The postcard is a lovely view of 20th Of November Avenue in Mexico City. The writer comments, "You should hear me speak Spanish."

There are two nice 3-cent postage stamps that are still intact and good condition.

This would make a great gift for someone who collects postcards or postage stamps!

This is nice postcard with a picture of a Dutch Windmill on the front. The writer tells of the very modern country and comments on the very good dinner they had the night before.

The postage stamp from Nederland is intact and in very good condition.

The postcard is in good condition. There is a small tear on the top edge and the Richardson Post Office postmarked the front of the postcard.

This is a very nice postcard from Italy to Texas and I believe I have the 1966 postmark correct. (Please notify me if I have not read it correctly!)

The postcard shows some of the beautiful statues on display in Italy. The writer tells of her exciting trip to Venice and of riding through the tunnels to get to Florence.

The two postage stamps are in very good condition and intact! The postcard is in good condition with some wear to the corners.

This is such a nice group of fold-out Postcards. The inside flap has the date March 5, 1936, written on it and the area for a postage stamp is for "Postage C", but only without a message.

There are nine photos on each side of the cards for a total of 18 pictures. There is a very nice map of the San Francisco Bay area, photos of Alcatraz Island, Yerba Buena Island, Mile Rock Light House and more.

This is a great old vintage postcard. From the picture, you can see that this fisherman has been out fishing so long, that even the cat thinks he stinks with the comment, "Phew!"

The card reads, "Old Fishermen never die - they just SMELL that way!"

I have no idea what the exact age of the postcard might be. It was included with a box of other printed materials with copyrights from the early to late 1950's.

This is a vintage postcard of the now famous Dealey Plaza on the West entrance to Dallas, Texas. President John F. Kennedy was killed here on November 22, 1963.

President Kennedy was shot from the upper, right-hand window of the building at left. The Presidential Limousine was located near the car at lower left.

The postcard is in good condition on both sides. There is no writing on either side. No dog-ears and only slight swear to the lower right corner.
