Armament Body By Fisher - Prudential Insurance Co.
for item Ad3
This advertising duo comes from a March 1944 National Geographic Magazine.
The first side is an advertisement for Armament Body By Fisher, a division of General Motors. The ad proclaims, "On every fighting front - Fisher." There is a great picture of an Army/Navy "E" plane and tank with "Buy War Bonds Today - Keep America Fee" in the upper right corner.
The reverse side is an advertisement for The Prudential Insurance Company. Somewhere out there is a 59 year-old-man named Chipper that can blame Prudential for his name. Dad is explaining to Chipper how he has taken out enough life insurance to provide for Chipper and his mother should anything happen to him. The advertisement also states you can buy War Bonds form your Prudential Agent.
The page measures 6 7/8" x 10". It is in very good condition and ready for matting and framing - no rips or tears other than the binding edge where the page was removed from the binding staples. The page could also be laminated so both advertisement could be enjoyed.
