This is a great issue of Life with the feature story about our Mission to the Moon. There are interviews with a very young looking Neil Armstrong, Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr., and Michael Collins. A couple of photographs of the moon's surface taken as Columbia circled around the moon are very impressive!
Another article of interest, also a feature, The Young New York Look. There are several candid photographs of young people in New York. Very retro!
The back cover features a Coca-Cola advertisement with coke in a diamond pattern aluminum can.
An advertisement for Sports Illustrated features a full page photograph of Boyd Dowler of the Green Bay Packers. The advertisement goes on to say you will also get Bubba Smith, Fran Takenton, O.J. Simpson, Bart Starr, and Gale Sayers.
Baseball fans will enjoy the article entitled "Let's Everybody Boo Rich Allen!" of the Philadelphia Phillies.
The vintage advertisements of products that have come and gone are fun to look at also.
The magazine is in good condition, though there is some wear to the outer cover. There is a tear to the outer cover on the top binding edge. The interior pages are clean - no writing or dog-ears.
