This cookbook is a little different from most. Instead just a list of recipes, each chapter starts with a nice story or event by the author. Nice illustrations are also throughout the book. This is a First Edition with a copyright of 1987.
The recipes are written in paragraphs - very unusual for a recipe cookbook.
Some of the recipes include: Hash Brown Turnips, Potato Salad, Bakes Lamb Chops, Tomato and Shrimp Aspic, Baked Eggplant, Molded Rice Salad, Marinated Vegetables, and more.
This hardback cookbook is in very good condition - inside and out. The outer paper cover has some minor wear to the edges. The hardback cover has some minor wear along the binding edge. The interior pages are "like new" clean - no writing or dog-ears.
