Better Homes & Gardens Best Buffets Cookbook

This is another nice recipe cookbook from Better Homes & Gardens with a copyright of 1963. It was published by Meredith Corporation.

This cookbook is full of easy to prepare recipes and that favorite way we all love to serve when there"s a crowd - the buffet.

Some of the recipes include: Calico Salad, Freezer Chicken a la King, Banana-Prune Cake, Angel Pineapple Torte, Onion Biscuits, Hamburger Pie, Shrimp & Mushrooms Elegante, Spiced Fruit Compote, Steaks With Caper Sauce, French-Fried Shrimp, Pineapple Refresher, and many more.

This is a hardback book and is in very good condition - inside and out. The bottom end of the binding has been dinged. In upper left front corner a 1/4" cut in the binding channel. There is no other damage to the cover. The interior pages are "like new" clean - no writing or dog-ears. In fact, the interior doesn"t look like the book has ever been used.

I have total of three of these cookbooks. The two additional copies are both in good condition, also.

This vintage cookbook would make a great gift for the person who loves to serve the guests buffet-style!
