Let's go back to 1971! This February, 1971, issue of Better Homes and Gardens will do just that! The Cherry Devilicious Cake on the front cover looks like you could almost take a bite of it!
Like all Better Homes And Gardens magazines, this one is full of delicious sounding recipes, decorating tips, interesting articles, and great 70's advertisements.
Some of the feature articles include: How to make the 1970 tax reform changes pay off; Traveling on your own in Europe, What you should know about pneumonia; Oven meals that won"t bruise the budget; Big affects in small places with mirrors & metallics; Extraordinary plants - but easy; and more.
The back cover is a nice full page advertisement for the Ford LTD County Squire Station Wagon. It came complete with lockable side storage compartments and dual facing rear seats.
In 1971, Columbia Records was willing to send you twelve LP records for a mere $2.86 - but only if you agreed to purchase ten more in the coming two years. It was a real deal because you also received a free portable radio with a single-plug earphone for private listening!
The magazine is in very good condition. There is some minor wear on the upper back binding edge. The interior pages are very clean - no writing or dog-ears.
Please include $2.50 for shipping in the U.S. Add an additional $1.30 if you would like the item insured.
