This booklet published in 1953 by J. B. Lippincott Company of Philadelphia & Montreal is all about what is good and bad for the back. This is a 1963 reprint.

You will see many pictures of the correct and incorrect way to lift objects, sleep, sit, and to do other activities. There are also exercises shown to strengthen and improve the back. The graphics in the book, as well as, the pictures are very vintage.

the booklet is in good over all condition. The outer cover has darkened some with age. There is a name written on the front cover. The outer cover edges has some minor wear. The inside of the front cover has a box for the providing doctor and has Dr. W. W. Moorman written in the space. The interior pages are very clean - no writing or dog-ears. The back cover some light streaks on it that look like they might be ink. The booklet has 24 pages.
