This is a very nice cookbook from 1981 published by the Women of Rotary Club, Dallas, Texas. Each recipe has the name of the woman who contributed it to the publication.Some of the recipes include: Cabbage Stew With Beef, Christmas Cake, Celery Bake, Zucchini Nut Muffins, Cherry-Pineapple Salad, Cranberry Conserve, Rum Balls, Baked Yellow Squash, Crab & Shrimp Casserole, Cheese Cookies, French Silk Pie, and more. The cookbook is in very good condition - inside and out. The bottom binding hole on the the front cover has been torn. The interior pages are "like new" clean - no writing or dog-ears. There are "To" and "From" names on the front inside cover. This cookbook would make a nice additional to a cookbook collection!
