This is a nice issue of Family Circle Magazine dated November 1976. It is an extra thick issue with lots of recipes, gift ideas, needle-work projects, and articles. With our busy lives, the eight page "Easy Freeze-Ahead" cookbook, might be just the thing to ease the rush of your busy work day. The front cover features the work of Erica Wilson - author of many needlework books. The complete directions for this beautiful embroidered piece is included in this magazine. Micky Mouse fans will love the nostalgia needlepoint patterns included - a Mickey Clock Face, Pluto Foot Stool Cover, and more. Don"t forget to take the "Are You Basically A Happy Person?" test by Dr. Ernest Dichter. Guess what? I"m a happy person! You"ll find some very nice recipes in this magazine. Jello has included a nice little pull-out recipe booklet. Some of the recipes included in it: Mincemeat Pudding, Pistachio-Pineapple Pie, Gelatin Poke Cake, Frosted Cherry Mold, and more. There are lots of advertisements that will have you taking a stroll down memory lane when you see them. The magazine is in good condition - inside and out. The front cover has some wear to the edges and the corners have some bends on them. The interior pages are clean - no writing or dog-ears. The pages have turned slightly darker with age. The magazine has a light musty smell from being stored for almost 30 years. It is not unpleasant and I will be leaving the magazine open to dissipate the smell.
