The book is in good condition - inside and out. The outer paper cover shows some wear on the edges. The hardback cover is in good condition, however, has two dings on the lower edge of the front cover and the two lower corners have some wear. The interior pages are "like new" clean - no writing or dog-ears. The book has 255 pages including the index pages.
