This is a nice issue of Gourmet Magazine dated March, 1954. The magazine is full of tips and recipes for serving the perfect meal.If you enjoy traveling, the article "Gourmet's Guide to Britain" might be of interest. The article "Butter Cream Bouquets" has some very nice instruction for cake decorating. You"ll find loads of gourmet recipes in this issue. Some of the recipes included: Chicken Halibut Smitane, Lamb Chops Paysanne, Shrimp Louis, New Orleans Pralines, Pancakes a" la Kenilworth, Minced Ham Turnovers, Cornish Pasties, and more. The magazine is in good condition. The outer cover has some minor surface and edge wear. The interior pages are very clean - no writing or dog-ears.
