This is a very nice recipe booklet which was sent out to Texas Electric Customers around Christmas time. The recipes are from the home services staff and has the hand written signatures of the women who supplied the recipes. The cookbook is circa 1970's.
Some of the recipes include: Cherry Chocolate Creams, Peanut Butter Log, One Dish Chicken Dinner, Stewed Tomatoes, Pineapple-Cheese Ball, Cranberry Whole Wheat Bread, Molded Nesselrode, White Fruit Cake and more.
The booklet has 20 pages of recipes just perfect for the upcoming Christmas holiday. It is in excellent condition - inside and out. The interior is "like new" clean - no writing or dog-ears.
