If you love to bake, then you will really enjoy this issue of Pillsbury"s 5th 100 Grand National Recipes Cookbook from 1954. The front cover shows a picture of Art Linkletter sampling the cake of $25,000 winner, Mrs. Bernard Kanago of Webster, South Dakota. Mrs. Kanago won with her yummy-looking "Inspiration" Cake shown on the front cover. Other recipes include: Cinnamon Nut Crisps, Triple Seed Cake, Peanut Banana Bread, Cheesy Fiesta Squares, Crabmeat Cobbler, Texas Stars, Swedish Gem Cookies, Chocolate Orange Layer Pie, and many more. The cookbook is in good condition - inside and out. The outer soft cover shows some light wear to the outer edges. The binding edge crease is tearing from both ends from wear. A little clear tape should fix this very easily. The interior pages are very clean with no writing or dog-ears. Please do not confuse this with my item "Cookbook 64" which is the same cookbook - but has some pages missing. This cookbook is complete. This cookbook has some wonderful recipes that are sure to be enjoyed! Please include $1.75 for shipping in the U.S. Add an additional $1.30 if you would like the shipment insured. I add new items to my shop frequently. Please bookmark Moments In Time and visit often! Thank you for looking!
