This is a very nice, nice vintage children's book and is illustrated by Kurt Wiese. It was published by The Junior Literary Guild and Doubleday and Company, Inc. and has a copyright of 1954.It goes through the whole breakfast menu and details how wheat is grown and converted into flour for bread and other items. It discusses how milk comes from dairies, vegetables from farms and so on. Very few pages don"t have a nice illustration of some sort. The book is in good condition - inside and out. The outer corners and binding edge show signs of wear. The interior pages are very clean for the most part, but there are several small spots on many of the pages in the margin.
