This is a very cute vintage postcard by the British artist, Fred Spurgin. It has a 1914 Michigan postmark and is from the Quaint Kid Series.
The postcard shows a little girl dressing. When she notices her black kitten coming up the stairs, she scolds, "Don’t come up - - I’m dressing."
The postcard is in good condition considering it is 90 years old. There is some wear to edges and corners. The front side does have a small portion of the surface missing on the left side of the card about 1/3 of the way down from the top edge. (See photo)
