The book is in good condition – inside and out. There is minor wear to the edges and corners of the cover. The upper right corner has been bent at one time. The interior pages are very clean – no writing or dog-ears. The pages have darkened some due to age and all upper corners have a slight curve to them. The book measures 4 1/4x7" in size and has 58 pages.
