This is a very interesting book titled "Peter Bell The Fourth" by Jenny Lind Porter. It has a copyright of 1955 and was published by The Steck Company of Austin, Texas.

From the title page:

Like Coleridge, Wordsworth believed that "the imagination is the distinguishing characteristic of man as a progressive being." In his "Peter Bell, a Tale" (1798), the central character lacks both imagination and sympathy, particularly with reference to the beauties of nature. John Hamilton Reynolds composed "Peter Bell, a Lyrical Ballad" (1819) in cleaver though often cruel mockery of the characters, diction, and artistic creed of Wordsworth. "Peter Bell the Third" (1819) is Shelley’s keen satire on the artist who forsakes great aims and finds temporal applause for his dullness. "Peter Bell the Fourth" brings us a new Peter Bell in a new setting: with the "blinking owls" and "hooded eagles" of a large modern university.
