Doctor Bosko's Invention - 5 Skits by James C. Parker

This is a theater book titled "Doctor Bosko’s Invention – A Novelty in Five Skits" by James C. Parker, author of Crashing Society and The Marlenburg Necklace. The play was published by The National Drama Company in Memphis, Tennessee, and has a copyright of 1935.

"Doctor Bosko’s Invention" is a novelty play, designed especially for amateur and high school production. This is a series of five one-act plays.

The titles are Christopher Columbus, According To Contract, Yes Dear, The Sultan’s Favor and The Minstrel. Each play has an area where the cast members’ names can be written out beside the character.

The book is in very good condition especially considering its age. The outer cover shows some minor wear to the edges and corners. The interior pages are very clean with no writing. I did find one light stain on one page. A few of the pages have a tiny dog-ear on the lower corner.
