This is a group of four dessert booklets with some great recipes. Food manufacturers used to give these freebies away either by mail or in magazines to entice housewives to try their products.
You will receive the following booklets:
1. "Make Some Happy. Make Someone Jell-O." It has a 1972 copyright. It shows several new and interesting ways to serve Jell-O.
2. "The Little Chocolate Cookbook." No copyright date listed. Some of the recipes include Macadamia Nut Fudge, Chocolate Raviolis, and more.
3. "Pillsbury Bundt Ring of Excitement." It has a 1977 copyright. Some of the recipes include Rum Raisin Pound Cake, Amaretto Cherry Marble Cake, Pound Cake, Bananas Flambe, and more. All recipes use Galliano Liquers.
4. "Taste-Tempting New Ideas from Praline Liqueur." No copyright date listed. Some of the recipes include Baked Bananas Royale, Mardi Gras Float, Praline-Toffee Sundae Sauce, New Orleans Cheese Ball, and more.
All items are in very good condition – inside and out. The Bundt booklet has the top of the last page cut off. Looks like a coupon was removed. The owner accidentally also cut off the top of the next to last page and it has been taped back. The tape has turned dark from age.
These recipes all sound yummy and would make a nice addition to your holiday menu!
