This is a very nice cookbook titled "The Chinese Cuisine I Love" by Jules J. Bond. Leon Amiel, Publisher, of New York published the cookbook that has a copyright of 1977.
There are some great recipes in this book. Some of the recipes include:

The cookbook is in excellent condition – inside and out. The outer paper cover shows some wear on the edges and corners. There are also tears on the upper edge of the outer paper cover. The hardback cover is in excellent condition and looks new. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears. There are 161 pages including the indexes.
Without the outer paper cover, I would consider the cookbook gift quality!
