Cookbook - Italy by Irena Chalmers - Italian Recipes

This is a very nice cookbook by Irena Chalmers titled simply "Italy." The cookbook is nicely illustrated by Robert Penny. Potpourri Press of Greensboro, North Carolina published the book that has a 1976 copyright.

Along with the many great-sounding recipes, the book includes chapters on menu planning, herb and spices used in Italian cooking, and other useful information. It also gives instructions for making home-made pasta.

The soft cover book is in very good condition – inside and out. The outer cover has some very minor edge wear. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears. There are 144 pages including the indexes.
