This is a nice vintage advertisement from May, 1929, for the Packard Automobile. "Ask the man who owns one." The ad uses James Monroe and his famous doctrine as the basis for polices of the Packard Company.
The reverse side features advertising for Mi Choice – Bunte World Famous Candies. The ad reminds the readers to remember Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 12th in 1929.
The page measures 6 7/8" x 10". It is in very good condition and ready for matting and framing - no rips or tears other than the binding edge where the page was removed from the binding staples. There is a light fracture just below the top edge and one vertically on left side of the page. These can only be seen if the page is turned in the light. All the pages in this issue had these same indentions – so it may have something to do with the way the book was stored at one time or perhaps a factory flaw. The page could also be laminated so both sides can be enjoyed. Please include $2.00 for shipping in the U.S. Add an additional $1.65 if you want the item insured.
