This is a great all-in-one cookbook by the Campbell Soup Company. The title is "The International Cook." The book has a copyright of 1980.

The cookbook includes recipes from all over the world. The countries include China, Japan, Eastern Europe, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Middle East, Scandinavia, South America and Spain. As if the recipes weren’t enough, each section has a one-page map of the featured area and gives a few pages of information about the country and its cooking traditions. Each section also has a glossary of cooking terms for each country.

This is a beautifully done cookbook!

The outside cover has some minor wear to the edges and corners. There is one small ding on the upper front edge. The interior pages are "like new" clean – no writing or dog-ears. The interior doesn’t look like the cookbook has ever been used! There 303 pages including the indexes.

I would consider this cookbook gift quality!
