This is a nice cross stitch pattern booklet titles "Down A Farm Lane." Puckerbrush, Inc. published the booklet that has a 1987 copyright.
The book has the patterns for the six pictures shown on the cover. The largest of the set is the Rooster, which measures approximately 8x10" in size. Each picture also has a thread color chart.
The booklet is in very good condition – inside and out. A small area of the front cover surface has been damaged in the upper right corner – probably from a sticker being removed. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears.
