This McCall’s Needlework & Crafts Magazine dated Winter 1979 is full of the usual great patterns for crewel, crochet, quilting and other fun projects.
Cat lovers will enjoy the examples of beautiful cats done in cross stitch. A pattern is included for one called Siamese Shadows – two cats sitting side-by-side with flowers in a random pattern over the entire surface.
Instructions and pattern are included for a very nice Wedding Sampler. The colorful Alphabet Quilt would make a perfect gift for a child! Pattern and instructions are included for this project, as well.
The magazine is in very good condition – inside and out. The outside cover has some minor wear to the edges and corners. The binding edge has some scuff marks on it. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears.
