Coats Coats Coats Fashioned by Bernat - Book No. 164

Now that the retro look is back in style, this book of great-looking coats by Bernat will be very chic. The title of the book is "Coats, Coats, Coats – No. 164" by Bernat Handicrafters. Emile Bernat & Sons Company of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, published the instruction book that has a 1969 copyright.

See photo two for the twelve great patterns that are included n this book. Most of the patterns are for size 10, but have adjustments for sizes 12, 14, and 16. Sizes 16-18 are also listed in parentheses.

The book is in very good condition – inside and out. The outer cover has some minor wear to the edges and corners. A previous owner’s name is written in the upper left corner of the front cover. The interior pages are extremely clean with no dog-ears. There were a few light pencil notes in the margins of some of the patterns. These have been erased.
