This is a very nice art book titled "Easy Ways To Do Chinese Painting" published by Walter T. Foster. The instructions are by Chow Chiean-Chiu and Chow Leung Chen-Ying. The book includes step-by-step instruction and illustrations on how to paint a variety of birds and flowers.
Some of the illustrations include Hibiscus, Iris, Bamboo, Bird in Pine Branch, Magnolia Flowers, and more.
The book measures approximate 10 1/4 x14" in size. The book is in good condition - inside and out. There is some minor wear to the cover surface and edges. The interior pages are very clean - no writing or dog-ears. I estimate the age of the book to be in the late 60's or early 70's.
