The magazine is in good overall condition. The cover has wear tot he edges and corners. The binding edge has taken beating over the years and is a bit tattered with tears and pieces missing. The interior pages are in good condition with no writing. There are a few pages that have small tears on the outer edge. The pages have darkened some due to age, but are not brittle. The magazine is held together well, however, the pages are loose at the binding edge about an inch at the top and two inches at the bottom because of the wear to the binding cover tears in those two places.
