Bostonian Zephyrs Shoes - Dobbs Hat - Esquire Ads

This is a vintage advertisement from an October, 1956, issue of Esquire Magazine for Bostonian Zephyrs Men’s Shoes. These shoes were made by Commonwealth Shoe & Leather Company of Whitman, Massachusetts.

The reverse side of the page features an advertisement for Dobbs Hats. "Dobbs makes hat history with the new Top-Level." Dobbs is a Division of Hat Corporation of America.

The page is in relatively good condition considering age. There are staple holes on the binding side of the sheet where it was bound in the magazine. There is a very light water stain on the lower edge on the staple side. The bottom has some slight rippling due to moisture which could probably be smoothed out with a warm iron over cloth.
