Male Wardrobe by Worsted-Tex - Seagram's VO

Male Wardrobe by Worsted-Tex - Seagram's VO
for item Ad91

$7.00

This is a double-page vintage advertisement from an October, 1956, issue of Esquire Magazine the Male Wardrobe by Worsted-Tex. The House of Worsted-Tex of New York made these clothes. The ad features the Frat Coat, Phi Beta Worsted, Varsity Coat, Stadium Topper and more.

The reverse side of these two pages features advertisements for Seagram’s VO Whiskey and Bur-Mil Authentic Argylls made by Burlington Hosiery Company of New York.

The pages are in relatively good condition considering age. There are staple holes on the binding side of the sheet where they were bound in the magazine. There is a very light water stain on the lower edge on the staple side. The bottom has some slight rippling due to moisture that could probably be smoothed out with a warm iron over cloth.

A frame shop should be able to splice the two pages together for framing.

See the photo of the title page of the magazine to verify the date of the advertisement. This page is not included but for information only.

This advertisement would look great matted and framed!

Please include $2.50 for shipping in the U.S. Add an additional $1.65 if you want the shipment insured.
