This is a cover from Time Magazine dated February 14, 1977.
The headline reads "Why ‘Root’ Hit Home." The cover features a picture of writer Alex Haley and characters from the movie.
The cover is in very good condition with some minor wear on the binding edge. Sorry about the address label! I tried several methods to remove the labels from these covers including heat, steam, freezing and chemical products. NASA should be using this stuff, as the label would not budge.
This might make a nice framed birthday gift for someone born on the above date!
