This is a nice vintage piece of sheet music titled "You’re A Real Sweetheart" – a Fox Trot Ballad with Ukulele and Banjo Uke. The lyrics are by Irving Caesar and the music is by Cliff Friend.
This music was played by Hy C. Geis – feature Organist of "Seven Feet Of Harmony."
Leo Feist of New York published the music that has a 1928 copyright.
Included with the music is a Chorus sample published by the same company. The song is "I Tore Up Your Picture When You Said Good-Bye (But I’ve Put It Together Again)" by Dolly Morse & Andrew Donnelly
Considering its age, the music is in very good condition. The cover has some minor wear to the edges and corners. A name had been written on the cover in pencil, however, it has been erased. A light impression can still be seen below the woman’s neck on the cover. The interior pages are clean with no writing.
