Entertaining at Aldredge House - Dallas County Medical

This a very nice, large cookbook titled "Entertaining at Aldredge House – A Collection of Recipes." It is from The Dallas County Medical Society Auxiliary and has a copyright of 1980. The first several pages gives some background and details about the Aldredge House and the Auxiliary.

The cookbook is divided into several sections – each with a different food specialty. Some of the recipes include:

* Green Chiles Hominy Casserole
* Beef Curry
* Chinese Style Green Beans
* Fresh Pear Cake
* Chocolate Date Nut Pie

The cookbook is in excellent condition – inside and out. The hardback cover has some minor wear to the corners. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears. The cookbook measures approximately 8x11" in size and has 318 pages including the indexes.
