Campbell Soup Company - The International Cook

This is another great cookbook from the Campbell Soup Company titled "The International Cook." The book has a copyright of 1980.

The cookbook features recipes from several companies such as France, China, Japan, Mexico, Spain, and more.  Each section begins with some details about the area.  A glossary of terms for each section is also included.

* Red Cooked Chicken
* Lamb Stew with Spring Vegetables
* Cinnamon-Rice Pudding

The cookbook is in very good condition – inside and out. The hardback cover has some minor wear to the edges. While I consider the overall condition to be very good, the book has been forced flat at some point that has caused the binding to split about half way through the book. (See photo three) This can only be seen when opened to the pages shown. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears. The cookbook has 303 pages including the indexes.
