This is a cute little coloring book titled "Mother Goose Coloring Book." The original price was only 5¢. The drawings are by Becky and Evans Krehbiel. Western Publishing Company of Racine, Wisconsin, published the book that has a 1961 copyright.
The coloring book contains some of the favorite Mother Goose characters including Simple Simon, Jack and Jill, Willy Boy, Little Tommy Tucker and more.
Amazingly, the coloring book has not been used. The outer cover is in good condition with some minor edge wear. The interior pages are very clean with no writing or coloring on any of them. Because of the type of paper used in this book, the interior pages have turned dark due to age, but are not brittle. The last five pages have had the upper corner folded over when stored. The book measures 5x7 1/2" in size and has 24 pages.

The characters in this little book might look cute embroidered on cup towels or quilt blocks! A person born in 1961 might be surprised to have this coloring book as a birthday gift!
